Rohmoria is a village where everybody is concerned over erosion. Everywhere people are depressed because ofthe Brahmaputra‘s proximity and rage. But in the same place Farm 2 Food foundation have motivated a bunch of youths to take up organic farming as the land is very good due to silt-deposition. Formed 3 groups –Satyam gut, Surjamukhi gut and Moruddyamgutcreating an example for the whole area.

The group has already harvested their first batch of crops produced under our supervision without purchased inputs. With home-made compost, vermin, formulas they have seen increasingly better results on their farm.
